By accessing or using the paradigm design works site, you agree to the terms of the Online Privacy Policy, as outlined below. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not access or use this site. We reserve the right to change the Online Privacy Policy from time to time at our sole discretion. Your use of this Site will be subject to the most current version of the Online Privacy Policy at the time of such use.


When you engage in certain activities on this site, such as filling in the book online forms or ordering products we may ask you to provide certain information about yourself by filling out and submitting an online form. It is completely optional for you to engage in these activities. If you elect to engage in these activities, however, we may ask that you provide us personal information, such as your first and last name, mailing address (including postal code), e-mail address, job title, telephone and fax numbers, and other personal identifying information. When ordering products or services on the site, you may be asked to provide a credit card number. You also acknowledge that in certain countries or with respect to certain activities, the collection, transferring, storage and processing of your information may be undertaken by trusted vendors of  Paradigm Design Works.

Paradigm Design Works will not knowingly disclose your personal information to third parties without your consent. We may disclose user information in special cases when we have reason to believe that disclosing this information is necessary to identify, contact or bring legal action against someone who may be causing injury to or interference with (either intentionally or unintentionally)  Paradigm Design Works rights or property, web site users, or anyone else that could be harmed by such activities.  Celebrating New Life may disclose user information when we believe in good faith that the law requires it.

Paradigm Design Works may share aggregate information about our Web site users with advertisers, business partners, sponsors, and other third parties. For example, we will say  Paradigm Design Works audience is x percent female and y percent male. This data is used to customize  Paradigm Design Works Web site content and advertising to deliver a better experience for our users.


The personal information that you provide in connection with registering yourself as a client of  Paradigm Design Works is classified as Client Information. Client Information is protected in several ways. Your Client Information resides on a secure server that only selected  Paradigm Design Works personnel and associates have access to. Personal information that you provide that is not Client Information also resides on a secure server. Since this information is not accessible from outside  Celebrating New Life you will not be asked to select a password in order to view or modify such information.

Please note that any information you post to a public bulletin board or guestbook is available to all persons accessing any of our sites.


Information provided at the time of Product Purchase, Product Registration or submission of Contact or Support forms may be used for marketing and promotional purposes by  Celebrating New Life, our affiliates, resellers or companies associated with Paradigm Design Works. To keep you in control of your personal information and the communications directed to you, we allow you to opt out of the following services: sharing your information in our client list, receiving communications from  Celebrating New Life about new features, products, services and/or specials. If a site visitor objects to such use for any reason, he or she may stop that use by e-mail request to info@celebratingnewlife.com . Information provided when purchasing products from any of our online stores may be used for marketing and promotional purposes and is subject to the opt-out processes described on, or linked to, each form.

The Paradigm Design Works Web site may contain links to other sites. We do not endorse or otherwise accept responsibility for the content or privacy policies of those sites. Additionally, some of our Web pages may contain “cookies,” which are data that may be sent to your Web browser and stored on your computer. This allows our server to “recognize” you when you visit our Web site in the future. These cookies do not contain personally identifying information. Celebrating New Life Privacy Code:

The Paradigm Design Works Privacy Code is a formal statement of the principles and guidelines concerning the requirements for the protection of personal information provided to  Paradigm Design Works by its customers and employees.  Paradigm Design Works strives to provide its customers with the best service possible. This means handling your personal information fairly and honestly.

The purpose of the  Paradigm Design Works Code is to provide transparent practices in its management of personal information in keeping with applicable Canadian legislation. It tells you how we protect your privacy and the confidentiality of your personal information.

What is Personal Information?

Personal Information is any piece of information, either factual or subjective, about an identifiable individual. Personal Information does not include the name, title, business address or telephone number of an employee of an organization.

The Nine Principles of Privacy

The following principles, developed by the Canadian Standards Association, form the basis of Celebrating Life Ministries fair information practices and outline  Paradigm Design Works commitment to protecting your privacy.

1. Accountability

Every Paradigm Design Works associate is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of all information to which they have access. Our associates are informed about the importance of privacy and receive ongoing updates on privacy related policies.

In addition to establishing the Privacy Code, we have appointed a Chief Privacy Officer who is responsible for overseeing the personal information handling practices at  Paradigm Design Works and ensuring we are in compliance with our Privacy Code and related policies.

2. Identifying Purposes: Why we collect information

When we need to collect personal information from you, we will identify the purpose for the collection at or before the time we collect it. We will only collect the information needed to fulfill the service we have identified and for no other purpose. If we wish to use your information for any other purpose we will obtain your consent.

We ask for your personal information in order to meet your service and product needs, as well as to establish a lasting relationship with you.

We will retain personal information only for as long as required to fulfill the identified purpose. Once your personal information is no longer required, it will be destroyed or made anonymous.

At  Paradigm Design Works, we endeavor to keep our personal information complete, up-to-date and accurate. While we do our best to ensure our information is accurate, we do rely on individuals to inform us of any relevant changes in their personal information.

Should you discover, upon review of your personal information, that amendments are required, please advise us. If the requested change is accepted, the personal information will be modified in accordance with your request as soon as possible and you will receive a copy of the amended portion of the record.

When a correction or amendment has been made to a personal record,  Paradigm Design Works will, where appropriate, send a copy of the correction to any persons or organizations that have access to the information in question.

7. Safeguards: Protecting your information

We employ appropriate safeguards to make certain that your personal information is protected from loss or theft as well as from unauthorized access or disclosure.

The information we collect is retained on  Paradigm Design Works premises, other than where you have consented to its release or such release is required by law.

8. Openness: Keeping you informed

We have prepared this Privacy Code to keep you informed of our commitment to protecting your personal information.
